As We Lay Beneath The Starlight (2024) for solo piano

The night sky is one of the most precious gifts that the earth has given us. What seems like precious little specks is actually a giant ball of hot gas at scale. The stars decorate the dusk. These little stars have become such a phenomenon to us that it is actively an activity we love to participate in to look above, and gaze at them. These piece was inspired by that feeling. Being with someone who feels like home to you and just staring above at the great abyss.
